Consultations
We provide 2 types of consultations. The Hair Replacement Consultation and a Hair Extension consultation. As services and systems used differ greatly between each service, the process for both consultations are carried out differently. Consultations are completely free of charge and are of no obligation.
Hair Replacement
A Hair Replacement consultation takes around 1 hour. During this time we will discuss in depth the various systems available for hair replacement and what system would benefit you as the client individually, based on the type and degree of hair loss.
We also need to establish the suitabillity of each system as well as your personal requirements and the result you wish to achieve after the restoration process.
Whatever your needs or requirements, we are confident that you will be 100% happy in the service and treatments we provide. A consultation must be carried out before an appointment can be booked for any application process.
Hair Extensions
A Hair Extension consultation takes around 30 minutes. During this time we will establish if you are suitable for hair extensions. We will discuss application options available, determine what length, colour and style you require and what result you want to achieve after the application process. Hair extension details will be discussed more in depth during the consultation appointment.

Electronic Consultations
If hair loss sufferers wish to email images of their hair loss and provide details of their diagnosed condition, we will be happy to provide information for those whose travel to us is restricted, however this is not a thorough consultation and we would need to provide a face to face consultation in order for us to examine your hair thoroughly, and prior to any further appointments in relation to the application of Hair Replacement systems.
